DELIVERY

How much does it cost?
To reduce shipping costs to you we wait until all products are available and consolidate your order to make one delivery. Regardless of the size of your order we will only charge a flat fee of $12.95 for orders being delivered anywhere within Australia. However, if you request multiple deliveries of your order ie split the order and send available products now and the rest later, you will need to contact us and you will incur additional freight charges.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use Australia Post eParcel service to deliver your order during normal business hours and you will need to produce ID and sign for your delivery.


If there is no one at the nominated delivery address at the time of delivery, a card will be left advising you of the attempted delivery and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection.

An eParcel tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order with order tracking instructions. You can track the shipping status of your order by entering your tracking number here at AUSTRALIA POST TRACKING

When will my products arrive?
It will depend on the products being ordered. Refer to expected dispatch days listed individually underneath each product.

Items "in stock" in our warehouse are available for "SAME DAY DISPATCH" and applies to orders placed before 2pm AEST WEEKDAYS.  

New items and items temporarily out of stock can be pre ordered and will be dispatched once they become available.

If you have ordered multiple products and they all have different dispatch days, your order will be consolidated and dispatched once your ENTIRE ORDER IS COMPLETE. If you would like to split your order to receive some products now and the rest later, then you will need to contact us and you will incur additional freight costs

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-10 business days (excluding pre orders) but please also allow the following additional transit times.

Product Availability - Delivery Delays

Despite our best efforts to meet our delivery times, delays can be experienced due to circumstances beyond our control. Our suppliers try to keep us informed on a daily basis on the availability of items but occasionally an item will sell out before we have been notified. This could result in extended delivery times or the product being unavailable. If you have ordered a product where our supplier is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately of the delay and should the item no longer be available and you have been charged we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Can I pick up my order?
Absolutely, simply select "pick up" during checkout and we will phone you when your order is ready for pick up.

Pick up time is between 10am-4pm Mon-Fri only

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If your parcel weighs more than 2kgs we will need to contact you and advise additional freight costs that is payable before dispatch. As a guide, 2kg would cover a Queen size duvet cover and 2 pillowslips. If you would like a quote on shipping please contact us by email

SHIPPING FEES FOR 2KGS

International orders are exempt from Australian GST and will be deducted at checkout.

Please allow an additional 7-14 days for shipping to international destinations (this is in addition to the days listed against individual items)

All prices on our website are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS

We have no control over any taxes, fees or duties that may be applicable in your country and if imposed by the receiving country will be payable on delivery by you, the receiver.
